You rock to set these goals and little rewards for yourself!!

One of the things I've had to learn is to not reward myself with food - and so I'm trying the other thing - like buying myself non-edibles for rewards when I reach certain goals.

sigh.

Anyway, just focus on how you feel when you go to the gym and ignore all of those idiots. If someone is really bothering you, move to another machine.

People staring suck. I was doing the chest press a couple of weeks ago and the guy at the machine accross from me was staring and staring and staring. It didn't matter that I made eye contact with him about half a dozen times. Man he was creepy. It was a boob thing. But can you be more polite? :shudder: I hate it when people stare. This means you, you bastard construction workers!

They've been outside of my office digging up the road for about a month. But since it's in a corporate block (the company owns the block) they don't say anything they just stare. Creepy. They're probably just killing time until they have their coffee and donut break.

I know. Run up to them & grab a cup of their coffee & screech "I don't need your pity coffee!" and throw it on the ground. That'll scare 'em.

So Carrie, have you kicked those jerks' asses yet?

I plan on doing the elliptical for 30 minutes, then hand weights & resistance exercises for about another 30 tonight while watching TV.
