Quote:
She's just confident. All of them have the same bravado. She kicked ass on Tuesday night and there is no reason in the world to think they would send her home this week (except for what I said above, to send a message about the violence, but the time to have done that had already passed). And, sorry, I saw the tears at the end of the show. Maybe she dropped a little of that champagne under her eyes when the camera wasn't looking, but here eyes were wet! Back to the contest, I think Lukas, Dilana, and Magni are the strong contenders. All three look completely comfortable with themselves just rocking out. Toby, Storm, and our dearly departed Ryan look like they are spending all week coming up with a new "gimmick" or theatrical move. I thought the pulling up of chicks for Rebel Yell was pretty weak and I laughed when Toby realized they were blocking him from the camera, so he pushed them aside to get in front. Also, SN is sending too many mixed messages. They constantly say "bring us something new", they laud Ryan for doing just that, they tell Storm she doesn't do it, then they send Ryan home. I don't like Ryan, but it doesn't make sense. They are keeping Storm to have more than one woman in the competition at this point, which is fair enough, but if I were one of the performers I'd be confused. And Ryan had some good reason to be pissed. I rather enjoyed his snotty parting comments. |
