God, any Fleetwood Mac song. Burned out'D. Except Mystery to Me, that always sounds orgasmic on vinyl. I can listen to Tusk sometimes, but.. eh. Same with Stevie's solo stuff, and Christine's.
Also, I can't stand anything by Natasha Beddingfield, or James Blunt - those voices, ugh. I don't mind Rush, so long as Geddy Lee shuts his mouth. PS: "Maxwell's Silver Hammer" is obvs the worst Beatles song ever.

And yet you're still a member of the Ledge...a Fleetwood Mac fan forum??? I'm not trying to be snarky here - but it really makes no sense to me If you hate their music with every fiber or your being - then why bother over here?? Serious question - not trying to be mean, bait or anything - so I'm looking for an honest non-mean answer. |

Hmm.... I could go on all night about this. But, I'll narrow it down somewhat, at least for now.
- "Bad Day" by Daniel Powter. It was okay at first, but it grates my nerves like crazy now. Shut up already, your songs give ME a bad day. - "Take My Breath Away", Jessica Simpson. And "These Boots Were Made For Walking", while I'm at it. Jessica sweetheart, next time you pick a song to ruin, don't pick songs that are classics. - any and (almost) EVERY hip-hop song. OK we get it, you slapped a ho and you love your grill. You can do disappear into musical oblivion now, kthx. |

OK, who sings that song "I'll muster every ounce of confidence I have"...
UGH! Who writes this ****??? That is complete and utter ****! I'm on the Don't Stop bandwagon also.

That would be Teddy Geiger or Gieger or I dunno - 17 year old from Rochester, NY (Fairport actually) - and little teen heart throb. I heard all about him while living in Rochester...THEN was forced to listen to his cd after my sister and brother and law bought it two weekends ago. |

I used to be majorly into FM, like it was all I listened to. Then I got sick of it. However, there are a few people that I still like on this board, so why should I leave? Besides, I only post on the Chit Chat forum anymore, as the serious, heart-felt discussions of "omg who should play FM in a movie" don't enthrall me, sorry to say. And besides, I know I'll find information about Petty tour dates on here, which is a lot easier than attempting to navigate his forum. Eh. ![]() ~trufakt~

I had a panic attack during a William Topley show once. He just wouldn't shut the f*ck up and kept going on and on in that voice. Jeezus. The song that put me over the edge was The Ring.
Also, Rush. I just can't stand the sound of his voice. And my ex boyfriend was really into them. And I started to dislike them around the same time I was really starting to dislike him. Or maybe it was all the pot that I smoked with the people in front of me when I saw them on the Moving Pictures Tour. That was the last time I truly enjoyed a Rush show. I saw them in the late 80's and early 90's. One tour had something to do with a top hat and a rabbit. That was the most intriguing thing about that show. The last time I was so bored that I believe I drank myself into oblivion with the help of Dr. Rumplemintz. Different boyfriend by that time but I was starting to dislike him by then too. It occurs to me now that I might find great insight into my relationships by thinking about what shows I went to with them and hated. Or not. ![]() Last edited by gldstwmn; 08-02-2006 at 09:43 PM.. |

Not sure who sings this, it's a country song that they play everytime I go to get my haircut. Something about "I rode on a bull named Fu Man Chu" and "live like you were dying." Ugh. Are country music writers just setting Oprah Winfrey transcripts to lyrics, or what?
