Actually, it was the day after Lindsey's birthday, I think at least some of them needed something a little stronger to get their day started again.

That's something that really annoys me, too. No one is born knowing all there is to know about Fleetwood Mac and its 14 or 15 different lineups. When someone asks a question, or simply isn't familiar with a particular lineup, instead of making them feel foolish, we should enlighten them. Suggest a quintessential song or two. Explain what we love about that lineup. And so forth.

I wouldn't be surprised if there were quite a number of fans who've never bothered to explore beyond the Buckingham Nicks years because other fans put them off with their attitude.

I TOTALLY agree with this statement as well as Dreamz19.

I think we can all be a little annoying at times, but there is no reason to discredit someone's love for a band just because they don't know every thing there is to know. That is why I'm wanting to know why people have so much hatred for the younger group. I think it's wonderful

Very true, BUT, the ones that come around saying, "MY lineup is the only one that matters", are truly the sh*t stirrers, IMO.

what's really funny is how serious this board is... it's an internet group of friends to me... nothing anyone does here could get to me personally...

even black widow who is obnoxious as a porcipine in a balloon shop
