Default Some Newport and other RI photos

I took the ferry from Providence to Newport all by myself yesterday. I thought that I would share some photos that I took on my trip.

View of Conimicut Lighthouse in Warwick from Narragansett Bay.

A few photos of the Dinner Train in Newport.

Goat Island Lighthouse

Goat Island Lighthouse with view of Newport Bridge.

The lighthouse was a backdrop for this upcoming wedding.

I think that these might be a few of 'The Tall Ships" but I am not sure.

A few pics of Ponham Rocks Lighthouse in East Providence, RI.

Back home again. View of Downtown Providence skyline. Yep, that is the same one that is featured as a backdrop for the show Family Guy.

I can smell the salt air now. Is the last photo Fox Point? The lighthouse would be a cool place for a wedding. Was it hot yesterday? Over the bridge and to the beach.

I like the lighting on these two pictures. Did you do anything different to them?

The ferry used to dock near the Fox Point Hurricane barrier but they moved everything to a dock off of Allens Ave. It is so nice now to sit right on the upper deck when you first get on the boat. Before you had to sit below until the boat passed the hurricane barrier and then everyone would run to the upper deck.

It wasn't that hot yesterday but I still got a nice sunburn on my legs.

The only thing that was really different was the time of day. It was between 6:20PM and 7:00PM.

Rhode Island may be the smallest state, but it sure is one of the most gorgeous.
