well, you gotta really think about that. I am part of a board where if you don't post something within a month they delete you. BUT, I feel like, just b/c they choose not to post for whatever reason isn't reason enough to delete their accounts. they went through the process just like everyone else and shouldn't be deleted b/c they don't post. they should enjoy the same "privileges" every other "member" does.
