I can't carry my dog in a little purse

Anyway - I hate that porta-pet trend as well. Not only is it tacky - it's rude and inconsiderate. What about people with dog allergies??? I'd throw a hissy fit if people starting carting cats around everywhere (I'm highly allergic). And little rat dogs...well no one should be subjecting the public to those little yappies.

Ah-Ha! I think you've found the link! Because seriously, flip-floppy sandals have taken a strangle-hold on our generation. I like 'em

what she was wearing, her hair and chewing that damn gum = tackier.

****ney's new line of baby clothes = tackiest.

All you fashion snobs would have a fit if you knew what I wore today at work, and then what I wore this evening when we went out to a casual dinner! I'm short. Like 5' 3", and I wore black capris with a white v neck t-shirt, with a pair of black leather sandles. When I came home, I changed the capris to a pair of blue jean shorts, and work my pink breast cancer flip flops. THEN I went out to eat! I don't dress to the hilt, ever, and I don't really care! I don't look like a slob, and I dress as I'm comfortable. I don't run around with dirty clothes, or feet, and as long as I'm clean, I don't clash, and eveything fits, I don't care! All you gay boys would die if you lived in Indiana. There are all kinds of fashion faux pas here!

On edit: cars that are horribly painted in pink, orange, and dark blue, with crazy graphics all over the place, with big bass coming out of 'em. Even tackier: the people who drive 'em.

I love dogs dear, just not when I'm enjoying a fine steak.

Everyone here seems to have those things, and not only do you look ridiculous wearing one, but you look doubly stupid walking along talking to yourself. Just the other day a friend of mine was wearing one and I called him Lieutenant Uhura - he seemed a bit hurt, which I found hilarious - that's the kind of guy I am

You guys, Drummerdeanna & I went to lunch this past weekend. I also showed her some nice areas in Buffalo (there are some, I swear) and in our travels, we saw the epitome of this thread:

A woman carrying one of those hideous purses in bright red...

The Dork Pod.

OMG. I hate the flip flops. Hate them. Especially when worn by a lazy walker who does the "drag and slap" walk. I have a certain friend who is literally the Imelda Marcos of flip flops, and it's okay when she wears them. I think she has thrown own away more flip flops than I will have pairs of shoes in my lifetime.

The purse dogs are rife in LA. They are everywhere. Hate. They remind me of the gangleskanks. They have become the fanny pack of 2006.
