Oh Well...Mac Live

So I'm in love with Lindsey's vocals on it...Who else is a fan of this version??? Here's to hoping it's on the set for the '07 tour.

Despite being happy that they kept in the set between 1975-1982, I never was that big a fan of Lindsey's take on the song. Granted on each successive tour, he got better at it. And, "amen" to their inclusion of the song in the next tour. Heck, what does that say about Fleetwood Mac that since they last played the song in concert, there've been two MAJOR bands include in THEIR sets? (The Black Crowes & Tom Petty)

The versions from the 1987/88 tour are my fave live versions. (nothing tops the original studio version, though)

Well, I think the version from the Live at the BBC disc is probably my personal favorite. WHat do you think of that one?

It's good. To me, "Oh Well" is one of those songs that is just like pizza, there's really not a bad one, just some are better than others.

The only version I've heard (by anybody) that I just thought was downright awful was by Kenny Wayne Shepard.

I love Lindsey's version...especially that sound of his guitar...I don't really like the Peter Green live one from JAS...

I love the "Live" album version the best. However, I can see where on might like the Billy bluesier version better. Especially since he screws it up and Christine laughs at him on the Tango tour.
