really? they really are canadian. we have them here because years ago, some university students brought them down here to do some sort of research with them ... and whaddaya know, they multiplied! now we have black squirrels with grey tails & vice versa.

Never seen one. Which is actually pretty strange, considering the amount of nature shows I have watched. That sucks that the students were so irresponsible.

yeah, i really don't know how they got away with it. seems really unethical and, y'know ... illegal. black squirrels have sort of become the town mascot now.
