We think it was trying to see it's reflection in the tinted side window and was jumping up and down to see itself (they do jump). The other morning I looked out my window and it was sitting on top of the hydro lines along the road (I guess they fly too ).

The feathers are cool though.

Try these, although they're not as fun:

Yeah, I can see those. PM's cleared. That show looks really weird, but it looks like it would be funny. We never have bizarre, cool looking shows. Well, not "never", but definitely uh...well, not really ever....

That's a good idea, but I think the hose will be cheaper. Also it won't break any international animal trafficking laws....always a plus...

Amber, did you mention if this was an ongoing project? A neighbor of mine has been remodeling his home for the past week. When I come home the neighborhood is a buzz unitl approx 830 with his saw and hammer. One of the neighbors (in closer proximity to mr.noisemaker) call me to bitch about the day's noise level. What do they want me to do?! Any ideas? Have you turned the hose yet? And, what will you do with the body? As far as I know, if someone has a permit they can make as much noise as they want between certain hours. When I come home, I just crank my music to all hours!

Nice cover! Especially considering the title of this thread. Gotcha! "They didn't work any more."

But isn't he just doing his job? I mean, I'm sure it's not his fault that he has to work at 7:30 on a Saturday morning, I'm sure he'd rather not! Anyway, this same thing happened to me one time, I was f*cking pissed because some construction workers were hammering (yes, HAMMERING LOUDLY) on a house across the street at like 7:00 on a Saturday morning. I was tired and not very happy about it, but what can you do? I just put a pillow over my head and prayed a little pray that it would stop .

Cool story

I got woken up only this very day at 8am by my next-door neighbour mowing his damn lawn. At 8am. Who the hell does that? Mind you, it rained pretty soon after, so maybe he had a hotline to the Man Upstairs. Anyway, he pissed me off.

And my little van is in the midst of an engine failure, so I can't work and I can't afford to fix it

Sorry about your van. And I know what you mean about lawn mowing. My neighbor likes to mow his after dark, which was great when I used to go to bed by 9 to wake up by 5am. Their kids are running around screaming outside at all hours too.

Thanks for the sympathy - it goes a long way on a day like today

Mowing your lawn after dark is surely, surely a sign of creeping insanity
