Default I'm So Afraid....as a rap song?

When I work out, there is usually rap music playing in the weight room. So all of the sudden a song comes on with a sample of "I'm So Afraid" in the chorus. It was actually kinda good, and I can't find it. Does anyone know who sings it?

That sounds... interesting. Though I'm not a rap fan.

If you speed ISA from the Dance up using Soundforge it actually sounds like a dance song. Just a pity I don't like dance music lol.

I do believe that's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard...and bummer if Lindsey allowed them to sample it.

But you haven't heard it yet...

Has anybody been able to find out what song this is? All of my various Google searches are getting me nowhere.

Same here! I feel like I tried everything. Guess I'll never find it....

Why is everyone so negative?

I'll keep digging around for it. Do you remember anything else about the song? A stray lyric or anything?

Same reason a lot of people tend to piss all over opera, probably.

EDIT: I haven't found any trace of this mystery song anywhere, but I did find this: http://www.ezsite.bz/mashup/

Sounds... interesting?

EDIT #2:
I also found this: http://www.htfr.com/more-info/?catno=MR167623

Listen to the mp3 sample of "Days Go By." This is f***ing HOT. I need to find out more about this group... I should also go post this in StevieLand.

I can so hear it and it sounds cool in my head.

It would sound like "Wake me Up Inside" or whatever the name of that Evanescance song is. The part where the guy sings "Wake Me Up" a few times would be the "days when the" "days when the" "days when the" and the "sun sun sun" real fast.

Sadly, I cannot rap or I'd do a track on this comp. right now

Also, LB's former fro lends validity to him having the rap gene.

I agree. I studied opera and sang it a little. My voice was just not good enough. I think if people could see the huge amount of talent it takes even to sing the notes, much less adhere to the phrasing and cadence - and all while unmiced thank you - they would like it more. Then, the music itself is awe inspiring.

But, they are never in English and usually are 3+ hours long - so most cannot abide that.

So, most of my generation got its opera from Loony Tunes - KILL THE WABBIT KILL THE WABBIT

I guess I should hear it before passing judgment, but right now.... sounds like a BAD idea.
