Yes there are the "Legends of the Ledge", both past and present. You then have the talkers. High post rates and such. These guys keep the threads running along and the posts coming in. Then theres people like me that come and go. Only usually post if they really need to say something. And of course the newcomers (I f**king hate the word "newbies" btw) that bring a fresh approach and absorb and reinvent the threads. I think this is a great community and it only works because everybody is equally important.

thanks for the thanks.

Me too. Unless it's said by John C. McGinley, in which case it is nothing short of genius.

Oops, shows how out of it I am, I thought that was the hip way to put it but I'm sure y'all knew what I meant anyways.

I love you, Paula. <3

I'm braindead right now, so I'm just going to say that I also love, in no particular order: Greg, Danny, Merf, Justin, Josh, Ryan, Hayley, Mikki, and many others who don't post anymore, some who still post, but their names escape me at the moment, etc. You know who you are.

They should stage a coupe of the low-lying European countries and rechristen them BoBoLux.

A special thanks to Vicky, Jason, Jyqm and Paula for the kind words. It really does mean a lot to this sentimental Italian.

I started to type a list of people and some of the things that I love most about them, but as I looked back over it, I remembered more and more people... and I ended up feeling that, no matter how many people I included, I was going to end up forgetting too many others.
So let me just say that I have a special place in my heart for everyone here... yes, even those I spar with (life would be boring if we always agreed with everyone). Hopefully everyone knows how I feel about them, and that no one has ever been offended by any of the opinions I've expressed.

Oh, I'll list a bunch of people specifically when my head quits throbbing (Probably doesnt help matters that I have my stereo playing within 3 feet of my head) & I can think a bit more clearly (Lucky I can either remember my name or find my balls with both hands these days.)

I haven't been here long but:

sckin-Thank you for your kind words! And most of your posts make me think that sometimes I 'd like to think the way you do!

David- I.love.your.posts! And you're always very nice and explain lots of stuff to me!

Jyqm, Dissention, Rickypt-You always bring wit and common sense even to the most boring thread! Most of the times, you say things that I wouldn't know how to express.

cliffdweller- I love your taste in music!!!

Madformac, DavidMn, Boots, Sahara- You are the sweetest people on the forum!

Serrart- I 've never met anyone as classy as you on an internet message board!

Strandinthewind- You're funny and witty and always have a point

JazmenFlowers, Amber, JannieC I like you a lot even though we don't happen to post on the same threads very often

I am sorry if I'm forgetting people -like I said I haven't been around long..

Totally. I like it even better than my favorite Stevie song, "Total Eclipse of the Heart."

Well, I could add a few more people to the list but I am not going to do that. It seems as though we are saying some 'nice' things about certain people that some other well deserving people are being left out.

I do just want to say that I wish that DrummerDeanna would post more often. I miss the Ledge of old from 2001-2003 and I think that along with you Livia, Greatdarkwing, estranged4life and Wondergirl and once again a few others that I am leaving out that we had a lot of fun.
A lot of people have moved on from here and no longer pop in to even say 'hi'. I often wonder what happens to those people who just seem to leave without a trace.

#1GaeLBernaLFan - I realise you've yet to post despite the fact you joined back in 2004 but everytime I look at the members list, there you are practically at the top and I often wonder, do you like Amores Perros or The Motorcycle Diaries more? Or that one where he's the priest who has sex?

sisterofmoon - you've only posted twice, both times to request an MP3 of If You Ever Did Believe, but what posts! I hope you got it girl, you who has no need of the word "the"!

ThruTheFog - I don't know much about you but somehow I think if we got together we might add up to a rather nice Stevie lyric!

TedDansonInAHat - people love you man! I liked you in Curb Your Enthusiasm even though you weren't wearing a hat in that. Btw, can you get me Steve Guttenberg's autograph?

Nah, actually, it's just a case of forum-fatigue that has finally set in after 9 years, I think. Has little to do with this place or these people. You're all cool! Most of you
