My question is: How many people is "this many people"?

Were the venues small in Alabama where they played?

It really sounded as if they were doing one of their last shows based upon the comments that LB made in the beginning of the show - i.e. "It really means alot to us . . ." like they had a large group at the concert because it was the end of BN and they knew they were going with the Mac. JMO.

I think I read somewhere that there were like 5,000 people at one of the alabama shows.

And ... count me in as one of the impatient ones ... 4/7 has come and gone! please, please I need more B/N! Please?

How funny is it that we have waited over 30 years to hear some live Buckingham Nicks (besides the 4 tracks from before) and now we can't hold out for a few days for the next tracks. I'm sure I would have done a lot more at work today instead of checking every few minutes to see if they showed up yet

I think I must be the only one who isn't impatient. I (obviously) haven't explored every nuance of the tracks we already have, they are still making me happy. I'm not MacBored very easily.

After listening to all the tracks now a few times, I have to say that next to Long Distance Winner the best song is Circles in Time. This is one awseome new track (well really old I guess but never heard none the less). I like it better then Monday Morning, Never Going Back Again, Second Hand News and pretty much all his BuckinghamNicks songs. the harmonies on this are just great, specifically around 1:26 to 1:28.

The one at Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center had a few thousand people, not quite 5,000 (Mick's the one that said this, in his book, which also said Bella Donna sold ten million copies... not quite). The show we're hearing here is not that one.

They played all over Alabama... Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Jacksonville... in that period between the release of their album and joining FM. The album was huge here. I own a few copies because in the days before eBay it was actually easy to find in Alabama because it sold so well here.

Stevie tells the story about the 'Bama concerts every time she comes here, most poignantly in the '03 Say You Will concert at BJCC, the site of BN's last show before joining FM and the one that drew the big crowd. She dedicated "Landslide" in the '03 show to the whole city of B'ham and thanked them for their decades of support for her and Lindsey.

Did we ever get the second set of tracks? It doesn't seem like it, but once these threads get so long I always miss something.

Default Previously released Buckingham Nicks live tracks

Just a note in addendum to Johnny Stews link to the previously released Buckingham Nicks Live mp3s. I'm taking the page down on April 23, so get um while you can.

No.

I just read the newer posts to the thread on Buckinghamnicks.net & AJ stated that he just doesn't have time to post the rest, as it will take many hours. Hopefully he can mail someone the CDs & they can upload the rest (hint-hintNancyhint-hint.)
