Yes, I believe Kurt was still a heroine addict at the time of his death.
No, I meant did they say the (alleged) junkie committed suicide on the tracks, and I was asking if the alleged junkie was still a junkie at the time of his squishing. And at the time of his taped thingy saying Courtney offered him money.

I don't know, that's the thing, there really isn't enough information here to draw the conclusions they are drawing.

it is all "He said, she said".

Here is another interesting link about Eldon Doke (aka El Duce):

El Duce's claim that Courtney Love offered him $50,000 to murder Kurt Cobain

Apparently Courtney was just on one of her crazy "offer people money to kill my husband" tirades. Oh, that crazy girl! Hahahahaha!

fricking nutcase.

I know that silly girl, hahahahaha. Who jokes about it being good publicity and it will sell records when their husband is missing? She was probably high though and that impacts your judgement. Still, that is so sick.

Apparently he passed a polygraph too. Maybe she did off him. Creepy. What about Kurt's bandmates, have they ever made any statements about this theory?

Neither ever made a public statement on her "involvement" in Kurt's death. But I recall that neither Kurt's bandmates cared for Courtney (When Kurt was alive)...They thought she was a nuisance.

One interesting rumor that has long been going around is that Kurt wrote all the music that became a couple of the albums released by Hole.
