That was a truly chilling scene. What did she say, something like, "are you scared to tell your child that you're a rock and roll cliche?" Dude, that scene freaked me out.

Yeah, but when Courtney's own DAD is suspicious, that kind of eliminates the "outlandish" for me.

I thought I remember some sort of criminal investigation into Kurt's death. It may not have lead anywhere, but that leads me to believe that there was at least some reason to be suspicious.

But, see, it's not JUST her dad. There is also a guy who (reluctantly) claimed (on camera) he was the one Courtney OFFERED $10,000 to off Kurt. He was found dead, crushed by a train, two weeks after the initial airing of the film.

there is a website (I locate it again in a few minutes) that have some serious "incriminating" audio tape evidence that shows that Courtney had something to do with Kurt Go-bang's death (The audio tapes were secretly recorded by Love's former "Private detective"...And she sure as hell couldnt keep her mouth shut on these tapes.)

and interesting website with some very damning audio files of Courtney's conversations with her then "Private Detective/Investigator"

Yeah, I know it isn't just him, I hadn't heard this though, have you seen the tape of him saying that? It creeps me out to think she could've had anything to do with it. Though I know there are many unanswered questions.

Yes, those are pretty damning. Especially where she says "he couldn't have killed himself", like this is what fans will say later, as though she's trying to cover her tracks in advance. Like, before his body has been found, she knows he is dead. However, it could be argued that he'd been suicidal and depressed for a long time so her thinking he might kill himself was "normal".

Even worse though is the fact that she paid some people to plant the story of her being in the hospital and trying to manipulate the media into believing it was a suicide attempt. That's really disgusting and not indicitive of a woman worried about her missing husband.

What happened to Detective Terry? It says on the site he was murdered but no more detail than that. There is a lot of context missing from this site. There should be copies of the letters referenced if they want people to really follow the story. Obviously their bias is that Courtney did it and they are fitting the facts around that theory. I don't see any real evidence though.

Okay, I haven't read all about this, but when someone names someone else as doing something illegal, then dies shortly thereafter, there is usually something stinky going on.
I mean, C'mon. That's quite the f*cking coincidence. Who the hell gets crushed by a train?
Courtney Love embarrasses the hell out of me.

A junkie passed out on the tracks? I'm just playing devil's advocate. Oops, I've got my strand hat on! It seems very fishy but is possibly a coincidence. If she did do something maybe this is why she's getting away with it, because she and everyone else around her are so screwed up no one can believe she could/would plot this way. The whole thing is very bizarre.

Oh, I didn't know the guy was a junkie. But still. Why would a junkie hang out at the railroad tracks anyway? And if he was just walking by the tracks, what are the chances he'd fall on them?
Did everyone just say it was suicide? Was he still a junkie at the time of death? Does the thing Chili posted answer these questions?

Junkies aren't exactly rational. He could have been homeless and just wandering and then passed out? I actually don't know that he was a junkie, I am speculating given that the Cobains were.

The police figured early that it was a suicide and didn't take prints off the gun and missed other important details that should be part of a thorough investigation. So the police and officials decided this was a suicide but a lot of others had questions.

Yes, I believe Kurt was still a heroine addict at the time of his death.
