I'm having waaaaay too much fun. Love all your comments, ledgies (especially Bo Derek...but you should have posted the most famous shot).

It's a gorgeous, warm day here in LA. Here's a warm weather throwback.

ROFL. That was the funniest trailer, ever. Thanks for the gut laugh...I worked some stomach muscles on that clip.

I had a major thing for Huey Lewis back in the day. Favorite song - "I Want a New Drug".

speaking of co-workers (see previous post), I had another co-worker that had a picture like this in her office and swore it was a custom made piece to resemble her. at the time I didn't know any better, but later I was like, dat bitch is crazy.

as a side note, I love these pictures. why, I'm not sure, just do. what are they called or who makes them or why are they famous?

They are done by a artist named Patrick Nagel, who made it big in the early 80's his art was everywhere.

I can't stand them and it's a very 80's retro thing.

My roommate had a Nagel, and here is what she did with it. Appropriate, don't you think?

Note the Deering grinder, the blade, etc.
That's me asleep on the couch, and my beloved cat Houdini asleep on me.
1985.
Listen, I don't know if I did those drugs with her or not. Maybe...but probably not.

Aww, David and Maddie. Moonlighting strangers who just met on the way. Back when Cybill Shepherd was one hot bitch and Bruce Willis was the coolest cat around. Moonlighting made me want to be Bruce Willis when I grew up. How ****ed up is that?
