Everyone I know hated it. And we had a big conversation about it here, so I know I'm not alone.

I just thought it was too heavy-handed. I prefer subtlety, not being beaten over the head with the story and message.

Is it your favorite of the best picture nominees?

Mine is actually Capote, (actually it's Squid and the Whale, but that wasn't nominated) but I'm rooting for BB Mountain over Crash.

Hmm..that's interesting..I haven't been here for a while - so I missed the Crash stuff....:\

I honestly don't have a favorite...oooh! Brokeback Mountain! That makes me happy Oops..that was for directing..lol..well if it wins I'll be happy....

Really I won't be disapointed as I think all the films nominated were great
