I hate being 29 because it sounds like a total lie for somebody who's really 34. "Uh yeah,....I'm...uhhhh....erm....29! Yeah, that's it!!!" F*ck.

The real chief of police of Fargo - just relocated here to be the chief of police of Richmond. Richmond is like - a big ghetto, really bad crime, etc. More ghetto than Oakland. Widely known as being dangerous.
From Fargo. A town with maybe 2 murders a year or something, and probably no African Americans, while Richmond has like, 100 murders a year and is mostly African American.

Here's what I read in the paper today. Some officers shot someone's dog while in pursuit of a suspect. Apparently that happens a lot. So the people are bringing suit, etc. He instituted a whole learning proper procedure with dogs training program, and he wants a meeting with the owners (or has had one?) to personally apologize.
Maybe his small town charm and faith in people can win over the murderous street thugs. At least that's what would happen in the movies.
