![]() No...wire...hangers!!!! (f-ing creepy) This movie instrigued me even though every site I went to basically said it was a campy piece of ****. I don't listen. I think it was the psycho mother thing. That always fascinates me (Psycho, The Manchurian Candidate, etc.). Probably because it hits a little close to home at times but let's not go there. Anyways, I ordered it and watched it and discovered...it was a campy piece of ****. It seems to be two hours of random shocking scenes that hardly connect at all. Oh well. The no wire hangers scene makes it worth it. Oh, and I soooo want that MP3

For anyone who loves Mommie Dearest mid 1950s Joan Crawford is a camp must.Torch Song a technicolor MGM 'musical' is hilariously over the top .Even better is Johnny Guitar where the protagonist and antagonist are a very butch Joan and Mercedes McCambridge ,again in technicolor and truly one of a kind .It is actually highly regarded in some critical circles.Queen Bee from 1955 is another one .Her character Eva Phillips is diabolically awful.Faye must have repeatedly watched all these films as well as 1950's Harriet Craig before playing Joan.
