And I can imagine, too, that if someone said, "here's 100 questions, now answer them!", would create an overwhelming feeling.

A fantastic musician, generous, witty and self ironic... it's really a pleasure to read his answers.

But then again, if she needed an excuse not to do something (tour? ) she could say "Oh, sorry, I have a hundred questions to answer, you know how it is, maybe next time, really can't leave these any longer" etc. Maybe no one asks her to do stuff she doesn't want to anymore?

I'll bet there were several hundred questions, by the way. They actually allowed more questions to be sent after the cutoff date. I don't think they were expecting anywhere near that many questions, since they came up with that contest to try to get fans to send in questions. I think she & especially her nephew probably got overwhelmed with everything.

Man. When John said " It was great for us to have a "front line". Made it more interesting for the audience and Stevie's good at it. However, on the next tour she better watch out as I've been practising my "Moonwalks" and "Bump and Grinds"." I absolutley lost it laughing. What a guy.

That explanation seemed sensible to me at first. But now that I think about it, I'm not satisfied.

Let's say you don't expect several hundred questions but you get them anyway. So you get a little overwhelmed. What's to stop you from going ahead & answering FIVE questions & having them posted?

Five is better than zero.

Answering questions on a fan board is nice, but it isn't that important. I think something happened more important, which distracted Christine and/or her site owner.

I have thought of that too. I've wondered if maybe there are health issues, possibly with her or her family(which I hate to think about). The thought has also crossed my mind that since she's not too keen on computers, maybe the questions somehow got lost in cyberspace. An explanation from the website administrator would certainly be nice.
