The Deep Dish (previously typed as Deepfish before I checked) version of Dreams has a new Stevie vocal recording... and she does the falsetto!!

It's interesting to hear such a nice album version with just Stevie singing on the chorus, not the whole band.

Hm. I just downloaded something on soulseek called "Little Lies - Unknown Breakbeat mix". It's dance, it's not Chris singing, it's mwoh, ok. Don't know if this is what we're talking about, but if anyone's interested, pm me and I can email it to you.

edit: I also found a dancemix sung by a Tanya Sunshine. This one sounds really awful!

I found another one... this one's definitely a remix of the original, but not one of the remixes David has on his site!

I suspect danax6 doesn't though, so in that case the ofspring would be 100% a monster!
Hey, I like to dance, just not on stuff that came together by dusting off the classic oldies and adding an extra beat, thinking they can make a buck or two. Come up with your own material!

Not that I think you need to be a musical genius to come up with a dance record.

I disagree with you there, some remixes of classic oldies are brilliant, giving a whole new interpretation to a song.
But these three LL mixes I found.. you're right on those. Afgrijselijk!

Oh, tsk! Rolling my eyes right back at you Same can be said of so many pop songs that sound just like a zillion others. Music is music, doesn't matter how it's created, what matters if it sounds good to you, and that's your personal taste.

Is it "Alter Nation vs. Fleetwood Mac"? I heard a trance mix that samples Fleetwood mac, and I think maybe this was it? Although I think I heard a different version of it than what I was able to find online.

I'm not completely sure she's doing the falsetto! It sounds very much like pitch correction to make it sound like the original.

Yeah it does. I don't think she's hitting that note either. BUT...it sounds good. It's a great version of the song.
