Yes. I was alive in 83/84/85/86
but MAN to have gone to a RAL concert as a 20 year old as opposed to being a 4.................that would have ROCKED a LOT!

Hell, I even love STevie with THAT hair.

I hated most of the 80's musically (luckily there were David Bowie and bands like The Smiths, Level 42, Cure, Joy Division/New Order to save me), I abhorred the dresses and the haircuts, but most of all the way of thinking. Even if I had been older (I was a teen) I wouldn't have been at that time a Stevie fan, because a coked out (for most of the decade and klonopin addicted for the other) rockstar drowning towards the end in a world ruled by Rupert Hine wouldn't have had my attention. The decadent element would have been sickening.

I much prefer the woman and the artist she is now.
