I'm loving the harmonies on all the young dudes. *sigh*. Sandra's voal tone lends some nice depth and gravity to Cyndi's balloon. If that makes sense.
makes sense to me. She soars, and her voice is almost hornlike in intensity.

Cyndi's voice, man. It's the eighth wonder of the world

*sigh* Oh, how I agree. I love her.

And she actually hammered onto wooden boards during Change of Heart and spontaneously added songs to the set, including Christmas tunes. Must have been something else to have been there.

Glad you liked them!
Mmm, it was a hell of a show-- seeing it from about the eighth row was even better. I have a fabulous view. I laughed when she jumped on that guy's back. Was hoping he'd run down my aisle, but nope. I was surprised to hear the Christmas songs, though! Especially Three Ships. She did the board hammering intro at the Hamilton show in '04, too. I think she's done that for awhile now.

Her energy is amazing. I can't do what she does, and I'm considerably younger.

I have all of them, let me know what you want. I also have Jill's full set, but only one of Sandra's songs. You can get it on Dime if you do torrents.

Aw, yeah, just saw the other post about Dime. I don't do torrents, unfortunately. Would it be possible for you to send me the full show, even if it's not all at one time? As for Sandra... Doesn't matter. I enjoyed her (she's got quite a voice, actually!!), but I won't die if I don't have the one song.

I don't know what you have in the way of Cyn bootlegs (i only have about... four full shows, and random live files from various shows), or even what might be available on Dime, but I'd be happy to upload something in return if you want.

I like Cyndi and love Sandra but that has to be the most annoying version of that song I have ever heard. All that screeching.

Sandra rules! I've seen her live twice in LA, and have read her book. I remember a part in her book where she talked about a nervous habit she had as a kid with chewing on towel threads. One day she said she went to the bathroom and felt something hanging and it was a towel thread! She said that stopped that habit right away!
