I can't pick one favorite so here's a list of a few (Mac and solo) that spring to mind:

Someone's Gotta Change Your Mind - Lindsey Buckingham (Gift of Screws)
Edge of Love - Billy Burnette (Are You With Me Baby)
Better Days - Bekka and Billy (Bekka and Billy)
Dust - Fleetwood Mac (Bare Trees)
The Shape I'm In - Fleetwood Mac (I'm not sure which album it's from originally, but I have it on a disc called The Fleetwood Mac Collection)
I Got It In For You - Fleetwood Mac (Time)
I'm So Afraid - Fleetwood Mac (The Dance)
Sunny Side of Heaven - Fleetwood Mac (Bare Trees)
Planets of the Universe (demo version only) - Stevie Nicks
The Chain - Fleetwood Mac (The Dance)
As Long As You Follow - Fleetwood Mac (Greatest Hits)
Help is On the Way - Billy Burnette (Between Friends)
Beautiful Child - Fleetwood Mac (Tusk)
Go Insane - Fleetwood Mac (The Dance)
The Smile I Live For - Christine McVie (Christine McVie)
Come - Fleetwood Mac (Say You Will)
Hypnotized - Fleetwood Mac (Mystery to Me)
That's All For Everyone - Fleetwood Mac (Tusk)
Surrender the Rain - Lindsey Buckingham (Out of the Cradle)
Heart to Call Home - Bekka and Billy (Bekka and Billy)
Without a Leg to Stand On - Buckingham Nicks (Buckingham Nicks)
In the Back of My Mind - Fleetwood Mac (Behind the Mask)
Battle of the Dragon - Stevie Nicks (I only have it on the Enchanted set)
Peacekeeper (Live) - Fleetwood Mac (Say You Will)
Through the Walls - Bekka and Billy (Bekka and Billy)

oh yeah, and absolutely anything any of them ever did with Walter Egan or Tom Petty.

I guess that was more than just a few.

Hmm. What line-up of the band is it?

The song's not on any official album, and I can't find anything in the Penguin discography or on Amazon called The Fleetwood Mac Collection. Actually, the only version of this song I've got is by The Band, from The Last Waltz.

Any of the experts know about a Mac recording of this song?

Intrigued...

Okay I guess I had one of those episodes of cerebral flatulence. That's what I get for trying to name blues era songs without looking at track listings. I was thinking that it was a Fleetwood Mac tune, but it's actually a Jeremy Spencer solo tune from The Fleetwood Mac Family Album.

There is one from The Fleetwood Mac Collection that I missed though - "Someone's Gonna Get Their Head Kicked In Tonite"

And a couple more from the Family Album:

Ram Jam city - Danny Kirwan (Can't believe I forgot this one, since I also have his collection of the same name)

Don't Say No - Billy Burnette ('Cause I really need another Billy song on my list. Sheesh, you'd think from this line up of tunes that I like him better than Lindsey, which really isn't the case!)

Aha! Now, if only somebody could figure out what that "I'm Coming To Stay" listing in the iTunes thread means...

I love this one too. Songs like this, "Teenage Darling," and "Buddy's Song" really make me wonder why so many folks don't seem to like Jeremy's rock&roll parody tunes.

Dreams or Go Your Own Way.

Both songs are perfection. As Chris put it, there was a parting of the ways musically among the band members (at least the three songwriters) after Rumours, so that album was much more of a unified, collaborative effort than Tusk, Mirage, Tango, or even the white album (which was more of a "getting to know you" album than anything). I think they were all synched up beautifully on Rumours which adds immensely to its charm. Everyone was on the same page musically even though they were at each other's throats personally---how ironic!

And the precious fact that these were Lindsey's and Stevie's songs to one another is not lost on me either.

I would bet that it's "Coming Your Way" from "Then Play On."

Ouch, that is a tough one.

I have to go with - in no particular order:

The Chain
Oh Well
Need Your Love So Bad (sue me)
Silver Springs (The Dance)
Storms
Gypsy
Sara
Twisted (though, technically, it doesn't really count as an FM song)

I should stop, I can go on forever.

It's no problem. How you feel about the music should be an experience unique to yourself.

I have to do 10...

- The Chain
- Blue Letter
- Gold Dust Woman
- Tusk
- Why
- Silver Springs
- Dreams
- Hypnotized
- Say You Will
- Sisters of the Moon

This is too difficult of a question. I can't pick one song! Or even 10! I left off sooo many of my favorites...

My most sincere apologies.
