Except when he was stalking chris during the recordings of rumours, coked and boozed up, screaming her name around her appartment in the middle of the night..........

What's funny is that by comparison, that seems pretty mild. I mean, it's not like he brings that up every time he plays a show or does an interview. He also admits that he was a bad guy in those days. When was the last time Stevie or Lindsey said flat out that they were jerks? Lindsey only seems to be able to admit to being a jerk after pointing out somebody else was a jerk. (i.e. when he says "Wrong" was about Mick, but honestly, it could be about anybody, including himself). Of the current lot, he's the only one who seems to have put that into perspective decades ago. By the "Tusk" tour, he and Chris were pals. While Christine was able to put THAT relationship into perspective pretty quickly, but she gets the drama queen tag with the Dennis Wilson relationship.

you're right steve. John is the last one of the five to be called a drama-queen. I just could't leave that image of the rumoursrecordingperiod unmentioned....

Well, that's why I said least of the drama queens. I didn't say he wasn't a drama queen outright.

I mean, really, the only ones that I know who weren't drama quees were Billy, Rick, and Bekka, and we know how well THAT worked out
