Exclamation Glad I am..

the most anti-awards show mutha on this planet...

Didnt have to be mentally assaulted with more corporate asslicking/smooching/idolizing and her lame as dirt vocal performance.

I hope that video pops up soon...

Ugh, before you know it, teens will start thinking this is actually a Lohan creation. Little do they know that she is copying everything (and literally everything-- what's with the rag tied to the mic?!) from one of the greatest women in music ever. There are not many people I would 'allow' to cover Stevie. Certainly not Lowland.

And once again, it will be up to us to educate the masses about Ms. Nicks. Remember how many people thought Landslide was written by the Dixie Chicks?

I missed it, btw. I am pissed. I was flipping back & forth between the AMA's & Gilmore Girls, then Amazing Race. And I missed it. I was able to see Hilary Duff do the absolutely worse lip sync I have ever seen. I turned it off when she was about 45 seconds in. Cyndi & Sarah were incredible, though.

Could be 'cause we all didn't get fake boobies at 18 back in the day.... Must be some sort of Hollowood rite of passage.... to get yer own set of boobies & a spray-on tanning slave when yer a teen....

Oh, & please someone post a link to the AMA's vid so I can use it for my Diet Plan. I figure playin' it once after every meal will make me hurl just enough to be a size 6 by Christmas....

It was painful to listen AND watch her 'prance' around the stage...she should not ever sing that song again....

Thumbs down

I just listened to the leaked Mp3 posted on Page 4.

Jesus Christ on a pogo stick, that was the funniest piece of **** I've ever heard! This "cover" sucks so badly I don't think we have to worry about Stevie getting slighted like on "Landslide". One of those lame plastic singing fish could have delivered the song with more passion than that. Sounds like she ate a really good hamburger before she entered the studio. Forgive me Stevie, for I have sinned.

Oh, and how many freakin' times did she sing "just like the one-winged dove" at the end? Fifteen?

Ok not only was that the worst butchering of a Stevie Nicks song that I have EVER heard, I was waiting for Hohan to fall down. That girl was WASTED. The bandmember standing behind her as she finished looked horrifed. I also thought for sure she was going to knock over her back up singer! How they put that following Rob Thomas is a joke. Is it Dick Clark that is the executive producer of the AMAS? Surely he jests!

I kind of like it. It's better than the Dixie Chicks' Landslide, IMHO.
