Read somewhere that Don said " Witchy Woman "wasn't written about Stevie...it sure fits her though.

Can someone please post an mp3 of Sit On My Face Stevie Nicks? I don't think I've heard it before. I'd really appreciate it.

In one of the interviews on The Penguin, one musician said that The Eagles' "Life in the Fast Lane" was about Lindsey and Stevie.

I don't think it can be because it's from 1973 or so, and Stevie didn't
join FM until late '74, or early '75. Unless maybe Don was "aware of"
Stevie based on her work with Fritz and B/N - except that I don't think
Stevie had really developed the whole Mystical Stage Persona Thingy yet.
WEIRD, though, i KNOW!

Just speculating of course but -

Don Henley:

All She Wants to Do is Dance.

Boys of Summer

Miss Ghost (she shoulda slapped 'im ... )

Life in the Fast Lane (about L.B. too, of course).

I've always felt pretty sure that Hotel California is about Stevie's house,
too (and the rest...) It was uhmmm - a social gathering place for a
little while there! . . . . .

Nobody Else in the World But You

Desperado (!!!)

Tom Petty:

Insider

Runnin' Down a Dream (watch the video REAL carefully, and pretend that the king is a queen instead.)

Probably a BUNCH of other stuff too but no time right now.

I'm pretty sure that this song is about drugs... and the metaphorical "hotel" is the trap of drugs. Correct me if I'm wrong, please.

Tom Petty ....Insider about SnL.

Witchy Woman is about Linda Rondstadt..
I honestly do not think Don wrote about Stevie much.
