Default Very very unique

It's amazing....I have been watching the "Get Like It Used to Be" and "Rhiannon" videos on this board the last couple of days. And I thought to myself... what did the crowd think when they got some blues, folk, pop and these very 5 unique characters on that stage???!!! Later on, they all sort of morphed into something even more unique... but early on in these 1975 shows, i can see each one's personal influences and how vastly different stevie and christine were as individuals. funny how their compositions later on became more and more cohesive.

Get Like It Used To Be
Rhiannon

Little Lies
Seven Wonders

the latter have WAY MORE in common

Yeah, fame, and, more importantly, fortune. A well oiled machine.

At that point (about two months after the album's release), the "crowd" consisted of the loyal die-hards who got used to not seeing the same incarnation for more than 18 months and thought it was par for the course. The band had really been knee deep into having shows that were a mix of blues, folk, and pop (especially when Danny and Christine were fronting the group), so I don't think that any of it seemed that radically different.
