I always like to date my computer files when I can, and by looking at this website, I think the date was 12-5-1977. I don't know about multiple performers, but I have "Young" on DVD, and I have the date of 12.5.77.

November 30 -- Reception in Tokyo Hotel Pacific

I was under the impression that "Young Music" was just the name of the TV program, like "Don Kirshner's Rock Concert" or "Wolfman Jack's Midnight Special," except that the band isn't playing in a TV studio or soundstage -- the Budokan is a concert & sports arena.
