Then she stops in the middle of the chorus and says "why am I the only one singing?", they must have explained that the audience could hear but not her, and so she sort of goes "oh well, okay... one... two... three... four... lovers forever..." and goes right back into it. It was really fun.

I remember listening to that - I think that is the WH Chicago show.

Another one that is pretty funny is the WH Buffalo show. When she is introducing Sara she says she wrote it about everyone she knows and someone in the audience yells "David Bowie" and Stevie says she met him and he didn't have anything to say to her. Then she sings "Wait a minute David." while singing Sara. lol. Then when she is introducing her band she says "not to be like Lindsey and cut off your applause." She was in rare form that night. I wish she was still like that.

[QUOTE=goldustsongbird]~ The 24 Karat Gold demo, where there's a bunch of talking at the beginning... Stevie and co. are trying to get this picture taken, and they're all talking over one another, when she snaps, "Oh, SHUT UP Lindsey, and look at the camera! LOOK!" Then someone (a male, not sure who) yells out "Kiss me!". Priceless. A bit later in the same demo:
"Alright, where's the dope? 'Cause I need to smoke some weed. I'm a rock 'n roll hippie".

Now that is FUNNY

Us Fest - When Stevie said " Mr.Film Camera" and " track a ghost through the fog, you may ask what that means" and " QuickSand" " Im Stinking".

I would say she was pretty tanked that evening. And sooo funny.

I love that part of that "Bella Donna" outtake or whatever it was that I found on Mari's site that has her talking rather than singing. She's like "Are we smoking a joint here?" Then the music stops and she's saying, "It would be great to smoke a joint. It would be really great."

Everybody was. You can't blame her -- it was nightmarishly hot that whole weekend.

-Red Rocks Edge of Seventeen... when she does the yell near the end, aahababahaalalhahdhfhabbababahadhnbfbahahbfbahahahaaahahah.
-Running in late for Gypsy in the Mirage DVD.
-Also in the Mirage DVD, although not Stevie's fault, is the wacky closed captioning. Instead of "your life knows no answer" it's "your life is gold and silver"!!! make me laugh!

It is. Great show. I think that's the one where, between singing lines at the start of Sara she says "nice light, Curry!"

She didnt say "both.." she said "well if i ever went to the market i would say cash"

Red Rocks Video: the high five action she gives the back-up singers. Also from Red Rocks, all of the "spoken word" treatment she gives her songs. I swear, it's like she "talks" 50% of the songs on that.

I have a feeling a lot of the funny moments are going to be from that video .
