That's definitely Karen (and if you don't wear a moon necklace around Stevie, you are not a part of the club!) and I *think* she is wearing a pretty tight knee/calf length black dress with a black jacket. But Stevie's in the way.

. It's the Melbourne Cup... you don't go in jeans and a t-shirt. Stevie apparently wanted Karen to accompany her and they both got dressed up for the event

(Btw, I've gone to watch the Emmy arrivals for the past 2 years, and plenty of stars hire "pretty" PAs, and they get all dressed up to go and carry their bosses' purses on the red carpet too.)

And I would bet more than "$25 across the board" that if, at any event, Karen dressed up in an outfit that looked ANYTHING like Stevie's outfit, or detracted from Stevie in any way, she would be told....make that ordered...to change.

I just don't see how a PA, pretty or otherwise, could detract from someone famous. And I would definitely assume that after all these years, she and Stevie are friends. I would be freaked out if they weren't!
