I have the poster from this same photo shoot, though she's standing up. It's a cape she's wearing, not the dress from the Kentucky Derby, although the pearl stuff on the shoulders looks identical. I think she uses some of the same fabrics, embellishments, etc. on several different pieces.

My two cents: I think she looks great but would love to see her in all white or beige, like she used to (circa 1980). Give the black a rest! But I LOVE the cleavage. She hasn't dipped that low in a while

Uh, no way. Not even remotely similar. The one from Stormy Weather is one stone and it is yellowish. The new one, which does not look like the BD one to my eyes either, it actually two pieces..a ring and a guard. It is really pretty in person and shines fabulously. Do you mean the legend of them? If so, here it is:
