Honestly, Brandon, I was going into reading that hoping that something would be compelling but nothing was. Really. I actually tried. I don't see how you could think there are valid arguments there.

Well I thought it was good...I'll post more stuff...

Why don't you try to explain it? You said there were secular reasons for being pro-life? Why don't you articulate them?

I'll read this one, too. My computer is insanely slow but it'll come up at some point.

HOW could you think the last one was good??? There were no facts whatsoever and it didn't even go anywhere. It didn't explain things; it left them in mid-air.

He explicitly uses his own standard of morality in his argument. Morality is, as you know, a subjective thing.

It was something! I'll compose an argument later! This isn't all that important to me right now. I mean geez...everyone here knows where I stand on the issue, it is sort of pointless for me to even post in this thread!

Precisely. All of this is pointless. But so is life and we all keep going, day after day.

That was my take on it as well. It may as well have been religious.

That's a matter of opinion.

Someone has to balance out the craziness coming from your keyboard.

If you don't post in this thread, then it's nothing but "I agree with you" and "wow, you said that so well," and on and on.

Beyond that I suppose it is pointless.

I know you'd rather be talking to your new boyfriend.

I'm so much more interested to find out that your boyfriend really gets into your whole groove. I mean, the blossom of first love, the realization of fulfilling one's desires. The whole nine yards.

"God" won't be blessing me anytime soon, you can keep him for yourself.
