Wow you are a smart one. That is really respectable, I mean it, I don't think I have ever met anyone who has started college at such a young age!

Why would you want to do that? I'd move to NYC if I could afford it.

Because it is THE target for everything.. I was watching CNN yesterday and they were talking about the Avian Flu epidemic... They mentioned that it would most likely hit New York first (if it ever hit), and they would have to quarantine the city so no one would be able to leave (ala the 1995 movie "Outbreak")..

it's just scary living here sometimes..

Me too, I wouldn't want to be poor and living in NYC, that wouldn't be any fun. I'd have to live in Manhattan.

Hon, I was reading today that if the avian flu hit the US, all of us in Boston would be poisoned immediately because the flu would infect the Quabbin. It's so ridiculous and mostly bull****, don't worry about it. Scare tactics, nothing more.

Now what if they had said nothing at all yesterday...and today there was a huge explosion killing hundreds...

"BUSH LIED! KIDS DIED!"...Oh now wait, that's the war...

"BUSH LIED! NEW YORKERS DIED!"

Yeah I know those bastards protesting kids dying for no reason IS horrible isnt it?

The terror alert isnt what bothers me so much as the timing they always have with these things and their political speeches.
