Well...

The only thing he is a "whole other kind of crazy" for is not liking TREASON.

No, how in the world do you get that she was trying to say that his drinking has "affected his decision making skills"? What she was trying to show was that...while he was partying back in his "glory" days...there were those such as Ed Meese, Antonin Scalia, Robert Bork creating a farm team of massive legal talent on the right.
She never upsets me. She makes me laugh uncontrollably. Especially when her readers can't read between the lines.

She - a conservative - is using Bush's drinking as the reason for something, in this case his skill at picking judicial nominees either because he wasn't paying attention or because it killed what few brain cells he had. Otherwise, why would she bring it up? He did lots of things in the '80s, not just party. He's owned a baseball team, ran failed oil companies, as well as other failed businesses.

So, why didn't she type, "While Bush was running companies into the ground" or "While Bush was making his biggest mistake ever, trading Sammy Sosa"...?

Or do you think she was just taking a cheap (even for her) shot, and there's nothing more to it?

I don't like that book, either. Who knew I'd have something in common with Limpballs.

and, it seems to me that if anyone else had had that many, they would be in jail for possession with intent to distribute. But, maybe he really did take at least 30 a day - his irrational and incoherent speech certainly supports that - but he would likely be dead at that many per day. Also, his housekeepers said they sold him 11,900 tablets over six months in 2001. How that is not an actionable felony I will never know. But, Roy Black, his attorney, is very good.

Maybe the new word for that level of craziness should just be "limbaugh"!

"Man, did you hear Jeff jumped out his window with a cape on, because he thought he could fly?"
"Yeah, man, that dude is LIMBAUGH!"
