I was living in NOLA at that time and in law school - thus, I paid little attention

Ouch.

Well, I've clearly gone to the dark side. My new residence shall be, Minas Morgul. Durin's folk indeed.

Game 6-Kirby Puckett's awesome catch against the wall and his HR
Game 7-Jack Morris shutting the Braves down

One of the best World Series I have seen (Ranks right up there with the 2001 Arizona/Yanks series).

Yeah, '87 was not wuite as good, although I still HATE WHitey Herzog to this day for disrespecting the Twins SOOOOO much that world series. He kept whining about how the Metrodome wasnt "Real" baseball and that they wouldve won if they had Jack Clark who was hurt. I know the Twins were only 85-77 that year, but If I ever see him I'll tell him the same line that Jack Nicholson said to Tom Cruise in A Few Good Men "YOU CANT HANDLE THE TRUTH!!!!!!" Either win or shut up WHitey, no excuses!!!

Hudson is as wild today as Clement was yesterday. Houston just doesn't have the bats that Chicago does.

4-1.

Nah. Dont try and copy us. Just keep taunting the players you hate most on the particular team like you do to us. Ya know, like you do to A-Rod, and used to do to the Rocket.
