Well the President is considered to be the leader of his party when in office. Those approval ratings do in fact affect the party as a whole. Not to mention the ethics scandals you guys are involved in right now.

Where has the democratic party gone? Nowhere. The fact that President Bush so narrowly won in 2004 should show the Democrats that they are doing everything fine. Had they gotten a couple of more million out to vote, things would have been totally different. I know you guys like to believe that winning by a few million is a huge mandate, but in reality it's not.

Well, true to an extent, though millions of facts certainly exist that I did not personally witness - but a lot of the stuff he quotes is from footage - you can see the person saying it.

But, yes, sadly all levels of the press take privileges with editing. I hate that.

Yea it is such a small number isn't it. As a matter of fact I believe I had a few million at my house this weekend...small party...nothing to big!

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that you haven't gone into space to actually witness the fact that the Earth is round, you've seen it secondhand through pictures.

Ok that was a lousy joke! I mean really.

I can laugh at a joke, regardless of whom it is making fun of...but that one was just...not funny! sorry.

Well in terms of a national election it is not a very big number. Losing by 3,000,000 votes out of a total of nearly 118 million cast is not that big of a loss.

It was about 3%

Interestingly, if you consider the factual evidence of many D precincts being tampered with, that number reduces quickly.

I'm going to agree with you here. A fact is a fact...you don't have to have experienced something to make the point of an argument any more valid than it already is.

You do really live in a fantasy world don't you? I don't think you really believe all the polls are biased...even the conservative ones?

And if you consider the actual electoral process, which the 3% overall means nothing...he actually only lost by about 300,000 votes (which is all he needed to win Ohio)
