I don't really know Sienna Miller but, sure, if she has that 'attitude' or charm or.. je-ne-sais-quoi
then she wouldn't have to look exactly like Stevie. Now, Lindsey? I had a good one in mind but I can't come up with his name now, (still searching old posts) |

My first three choices to play Stevie in the movie;
1. Helena Bonham Carter 2. Linda Blair 3. Tawny Kitaen Photos below. Helena has a bit of a strong chin line, but the rest of her face and hair could DEF. pull off a Stevie look. She has that "olde tyme" beauty...classic, and gorgeous. My #1 choice to play SN. Linda looks like her with long permed hair, back in the day. Her eyes and hair could pull off the look, she looks a bit "mature" these days, but in the 80s could have pulled off a cute Stevie, with big brown eyes, and a tipped up nose. Tawny used to look like Stevie (in Batchelor Party, the movie with Tom Hanks), but now looks rather ragged out. Her lids and eyes are smaller than Stevie's, but earlier in her career, with the correct makeup & shading could have pulled it off, with some nice blonding to her hair. Those are my thoughts...now as far as the rest of the band goes... Chris Evert for Christine, (yes, I know she is not an actress, but she always reminded me of CM), the other 3 I don't know of decent look-alikes for, offhand. Have a great Monday, everyone!~Barbara~ |

We just talked about this recently and once again, I will present my previous suggestion. For the highly coveted part of the beautiful, bewitching songstress and true living legend of our time Miss Stevie Nicks, I offer...Mae Whitman of "Arrested Development". ![]() For the prestigious and challenging role of the volatile, over-shadowed guitar-genius Lindsey Buckingham, I give you...Dweezil Zappa. ![]() For the rest of the band, any handful of desparate unknowns will suffice since their storyline/dialogue will be minimal and their on-camera time will be limited to "group settings". Close-ups are out of the question. |

I love Scarlet! I don't know much about Sienna Miller, but I'd say it's a toss up between the two of them so far. I can't stand Britney Murphy...what a spaz!!!

Why, she can't sing? Or because Stevie's voice is so unique.Isn't this funny though, with Stevie we're looking mainly at actresses, not singers, with Lindsey however, musicians are named. |

I agree with those who say Linda Blair or Carrie Fisher for an older Stevie. Sienna certainly has has the style, but I don't see much facial resemblance.

The lead has already been cast and it's yours truly. I'll be spending the next 6 months living with Stevie so I can immerse myself in the role and get to know her personally and then she'll be executive producing so we'll basically be together for an entire year
.No really though I think Sienna Miller would be a great choice! She's young and beautiful and has great energy like Stevie (have you seen Alfie?). So what if her face is not exactly the same. That's what wardrobe, hair, and make-up people are for. You don't need a twin to play her, just someone who can capture her essence. And if she can't sing so what. Have her lip-sync on the singing scenes like most people do anyway in movies. |
