This is also the impression that I got.Yes, We know stevie can be "sketchy" on details, especially on ANYTHING that happened during or after Rock a little , but Frozen Love was before cocane, before klonopin, rehab, robins death, touring endlessly with fleetwood mac,and before a whole lotta other boyfriends, and We all know that Stevie thinks about one thing to no undying end, and that one thing is LINDSEY FREEKIN BUCKINGHAM And I am more than sure that she thinks about buckingham nix more often than we think.

Maybe Stevie brought up FL to remind Lindsey how great that song was and how great their harmonies are on those old songs to hopefully release BN on CD.
(Could happen... say in the year... 2015)
She does seem to mention that in interviews, but again, as we all know, that means NOTHING. I would just love a new version of this song, but live, not studio, now adays I think Mr. Buckingham tends to over produce. an acustic version, like they did for gypsy at AHI.

In the live version, it's pretty much a Stevie solo vocal. She sings both verses. Lindsey comes in only during the chorus. During the middle part of the song, during the build up for the guitar solo they both sing "I"ve been frozen for you" several times, which isn't in the studio version. That's really cool. Fleetwood Mac performed the song amazingly well. And it sounds like the crowd liked it too.

I always thought that Stevie sang both verses because, given that time and that particular set list, she had the least solo vocals.

Default Fun with Frozen Love!

As promised previously, the two circulating live Frozen Loves:

Bear with the wretched quality.

Unknown:

From South Orange 1975: http://web.ics.purdue.edu/~nkerns/MP...thorange75.mp3

(I think they're singing "I've been waiting for you" in the bridge)

And is she singing the melody during Soundstage? You decide.

The snippet from Soundstage:

The real deal album version:

Well, you posting soundbytes to prove your point could be seen as presenting an argument - but not in a pejorative manner.

I said earlier I was going to - I thought it would be fun to listen to them and compare.

I agree - I am using the classic definition of "argument" - the presentation of ideas, etc. I am not saying it with derision.

When the quality's this low, it's pretty much anybody's guess.
