I think it just adds more to the valid argument that these career politicians are out of touch with the reality that we live in. To be honest, a lot of their comments are so ridiculous that they're funny. We can fight them. It is going to be impossible for them to spin this. Please do not lose hope. It is abominable what has happened, I am sickened. I could feel the death in the air when the winds came up here, it was awful. What they have been through, no one should have to go through. In America? How does it even happen? Massive and blatant incompetence. My heart is broken too, I'm terrified of what will be revealed when the waters recdede. Those poor families. How could they have been neglected in this disgusting manner? Those cold, heartless bastards.

I agree with him if they were able bodied and with means. Sadly, SanFU*Ktoilet did not mean that

On edit - FEMA, whi had taken charge, agreed they should go to the dome - so they have no argument there. Also, SanFU*Ktoilet knows the public will not make the distinction I drew - he is playing politics and should be called out for it.

My brother saw a woman miscarry in line rather than lose her and her unborn child's place in line to get to evacuate to food, water, and medicine . The poor woman was so famished and weak, she did not understand what was going on until the child died in her arms. She then put her 6 month or so bloody and limp child/fetus in a plastic bag. Her husband had to be carried onto the bus. My brother could not stand after that - who could.

I hope you are sobbing - I am too. Damn anyone who caused that. FIVE FU**ING DAYS caused that and how is that for perspective.

He scoffed at him.

The audio I heard was just the breakdown, but that woman waited day after day, "are they coming"? How could you not breakdown? These people cut themselves off from their emotions thinking they're so strong when really they just can't handle them. Bloody cowards.

Thank you SuzeQuze for your from the heart response .I just saw that 3 Duke university students that had never been to New Orleans before had driven down there and stolen press passes to get to the convention center and drove people up to Baton Rouge in their Alantra 2 days before official help arrived .These boys said it was nothing but 'red tape' that was keeping those people in those hellish conditions .As more and more stories like this surface it's going to become increasingly difficult for DeLay ,Bush and others to sweep this under the carpet.
