What is up with the limited coverage of this disaster being offered by the three big networks? Where are they in all of this? Why are they not covering this and instead running their soaps and daytime television bull****? Why isn't this being covered?

I was wondering the same thing...but then again what could they report that we already don't know by watching CNN, Fox, MSNBC, etc...

Those are cable networks. Why aren't ABC, CBS, and NBC covering this? I want to know why they're ignoring this travesty every day until the six o'clock news. It's okay for them to bludgeon us with Reagan memorials and news broadcasts all day long for a week straight, but now they're practically ignoring this?

Well I disagree about the Reagan stuff...

but now that you mention that, It seems only appropriate that they would issue the same amount of coverage to Katrina...I have no idea why they aren't.

sumtimes legies dont even get along having board discussions...imagine starving...watching a child die...
it is hard to judge anyone for their actions during times of real distress.

Probably nothing different, but not everyone gets cable news. Everyone with a TV should be able to witness this national disgrace.

I only have network, and that's something they've been talking about every night since it happened. - commentators and such.

I think the main networks non coverage has to do with advertising dollars...
