Clinton still did those things. Those things are still done.
What is your purpose in comparing them? Are you trying to make Clinton appear "good" by telling us how much worse Bush is? That doesn't make what Clinton did any different.

ok to clarify my original question…if the aspirin factory was an intentional target, then you need to ask why. if it was an UNintentional target then you need to ask why. If it was in fact MIS-identified as a military target then the sad fact is, accidents happen. if it was in fact the accidental target of a bomb, then we all acknowledge that accidents happen and that no one wanted innocents hurt.
and so SORRY but INTENT is a BIG (dare I say HUGE) element of a crime.
if you MEANT to do something, then you are exponentially more culpable than someone who didnt. Sorry Amber. So **** may be **** but the smell factor DOES make a difference. ask any lawyer. by the way, one mans **** is another man's fertilizer.

Well, it was his thumb but if you haven't seen the video it is really hard to tell. In the video you can see the movement of his arm which gives it away. His arm is in profile and that is his thumb. It does seem he has a fondness for flipping the bird though which I don't think is at all appropriate for a president!
