I honestly don't even know where it is. I have so many books, it could be anywhere.

If I ever come across that book by Wincentsen, I'll send it to one of you just to get rid of it.

That is just sad........sad I tell you.........I got that book years ago for almost zippo. (a couple of bucks at a garage sale) It was so memorable, I had to search to find it again after I saw this post. It was collecting dust with some of my other Mac books which only seem to keep repeating the same old info. STEVIE WHERE IS YOUR AUTOBIOGRAPHY?!?!?!

I tried to order the book when it was first published. But my local bookstore told me it couldn't be ordered-that it wasn't in stock! I just don't think they ever published that many copies of them for some reason. I've never gotten my hands on a copy but I've been trying since the day it was published. But uhm, sorry, there's no way I'm paying this kind of money for it! EVER.
