I had a packet of Quaker oatmeal and a nectarine with some yogurt. I like to start the day off healthy. I hate having the feeling of a lot of heavy food in my stomach in the morning cause then I have to carry that around all day.

Everything you've said you've eaten today makes me want to come live with you. However, I will just have regular mayo, or perhaps hummus, instead of Miracle Whip. But, if that's all you had, I would eat it anyway. (I don't like the taste of sweet pickles, they are too sweet, and that's what miracle whip tastes like to me).

I love to eat, and I cook probably 6 nights a week. I love to cook, too, and try new recipes all the time. I bought an Italian cookbook a couple weeks ago, and have been doing Italian a couple nights a week since.

You must have tomatoes coming out your ears. I have about 15 or so plants.
I haven't started canning yet, but I need to. My sister in law does it for me.... I'm starting to feel like a mooch though. I always tell her how delicious her salsa is and she just keeps bringing jars and jars of it over When she cans tomatoes she puts a jalapeno pepper in with them, it makes the best macaroni and tomatoes!

That's so funny. Cuz, for the most part, I can salsa. Maybe 20 jars of salsa, and 12 jars of just tomatoes. I put in jalepenos, banana peppers, onion, cilantro, garlic powder, and a little sugar.
Canning them is not that bad. One canner full takes me about 3 hours(including the cooking time). The hardest part is blanching them (removing the skins), that's the pain in the ass!!! So I just do them on a night I have nothing going on.

Me?

Peach
Rice cake with Silouette vanilla yoghurt
Coffee

I'm a bit of a creature of habit, too.

Today I had...Raisin Bran. Again.

Hubby usually cooks breakfast on weekends, so then it's bacon, eggs & toast or omelets.

I also love a little leftover pizza. Sometimes it's Moe's bacon, egg and cheese onion bagel. Yum. And when I don't want to get out of the car, it's Mickey D's.

I love how your post starts out all healthy & goes downhill from there! I LOVE McD's breakfast sandwiches - had one the other day for the first time in months.
