Exclamation Nothing...

I never eat breakfast because if I eat early in the day I will feel sluggish/draggy for the rest of that day.

Unless it's like, 30/40/30 or something. A very high protein kind.
I like to have protein for breakfast.
A couple of days a week, I'll have McCann's Irish Oatmeal and some organic turkey, with my organic coffee, with organic half and half, no sugar.
Some days, I just want something sweet, so I'll have a little pastry.
I also love a little leftover pizza. Sometimes it's Moe's bacon, egg and cheese onion bagel. Yum. And when I don't want to get out of the car, it's Mickey D's.

that sounds perfect. I want different things different days, too. naturally, my fave is Sausage McMuffin. rarely have it, though.
I like your well rounded, varied breakfasts....

I hadn't have a McD's breakfast in AGES then one morning in NYC my sister and I were desperate and we had our diabetic grandmother with us - and McD's was the first thing we came upon...

I actually enjoyed the bagel/egg/bacon thing I had

I LOVE breakfast foods (the fattening stuff like pancakes and waffles), but I'd rather eat it for brunch or for dinner. I never have much of an appetite in the AM.

A peach
A rice cake with Silouette vanilla yoghurt on it
Coffee

I'm not such a great breakfast person - I always have something - but it's usually a piece of fruit and the rice cake thing. I'm addicted to rice cakes. Endless topping possibilities...

A big bowl of grapes, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. And a
vanilla rice milk latte concoction I make. Same thing I have everyday, unless
I have company and go out for breakfast. In that case I am Bad
Sparky and have scrambled eggs, Babe and pancakes. Maybe twice a
month.

Same here. It's currently 4:35 PM and I haven't eaten anything. I can go for days and not want something though.

That's what I usually have. Or a bran muffin and cranberry juice. I can't do grease in the morning and I don't like sweets very much.

All you people eat so well. Wish I had the will power!! See, the problem is, like tonight, I have no milk. (had to mow, too lazy to go to the store) So, I won't be having cereal in the morning. And, we have a full service cafe at work. So, if I want an omlett with all the fixin's, I can have one. If I want a bagel and fruit, I can have it. Pancakes, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, you name it and it's there.

well, an omelet is a fine thing to have for breakfast. Probably better than cereal....

Can I come to work with you?! My work has a vending machine with chocolate and crisps, thats it! Not a good breakfast!
