I know that, that is why they are split.

Clinton and Bush I fast friends? I hardly think so, although I think maybe they have found some common ground. As for Bush I, I cant really point to any one thing that HE did that was heinous except for being tied to Reagan, who was the genesis of most of our present troubles.

That clip he played a few minutes ago where Bush was praising corn and energy was one that I had never heard before. Christ, that was hysterical.

I look up PLENTY, mister! And I defy you to prove your assertion the Dems rigged ANYTHING. btw: I have no problem backing any of my statements, and taking up space with my PROOF. no problem.

Exclamation Ya know...

I almost posted about Hillary & company wanting the Democrats to head towards the middle 2 days ago after seeing a news story about how the DLC figures they must get the support of the pro-gun folkz (Among others) in order to have any chance of winning in 2008...The story I saw on TV said the DLC needs to move away from liberal side of the Democratic party towards a middle grounds to attract those moderate voters who can be swayed either way to vote.

What was funny outside at the DLC meeting were a group of liberal Democrats protesting this new stance...They were VERY vocal in their dis-pleasure!!!

Randi kept telling her that it was the official site and finally got tired of her, said "You're as dumb as a rock," and hung up.

As they SHOULD be! as I am! Not that there is anything wrong in being moderate, but when moderation bleeds into a whole new territory altogether, then its time to breakaway from the party...and let the chips fall where they may.

Thumbs up I am so glad...

I am an Independent...This coming election's mudslinging schenanigans should make the war on terror seem like "Saturday, in the park...I think it was the fourth of July"!!!

I tried helpin' ya Demos this past election (Even though I dont care for the Franken-Kerry monster)...But if Hillary is running I pray an Independent is on the ballot, Cause otherwise I will sit this election out.

and I will have to point out yet again that nothing in the law prevented Gore from presenting for review other, less favorable districts in which there were discrepencies, however slight. But, Gore could not be bothered. He instead looked only to counties favorable to him. Then Gore insisted on no comsistent standard under the vague Florida law that indicated "intent" was all that was needed.

But, in the end, the USSC ruled and when it did, that was the law and the end of the discussion. Note - I think they ruled unwisely because the case was not ripe for review. But, it does not matter because they ruled.
