I think we're talking about the same thing though. Giving a loved one a "legitimate" job, so that they're getting paid for doing something... even if they're not really doing much of anything, or aren't very good at what it is they're supposed to be doing.
I'm not excusing it or defending it, I'm just saying it's done out of love (or pity ).

They have another typesetting glitch on the "La Belle et la Bête" page, and on the inside back cover, they credit "John Kenny" for photographs.
Typos usually bother me more than lame layouts and photos.

I'll own one too, but damn it's terrible.
I still can't believe they're trying to push those ass shirts from Vegas. You couldn't pay me to take one

I think we need to start a petition to Stevie's management, demanding that they allow some of us to design Stevie's next tourbook. We can even throw in the promise of doing it free-of-charge.

Come on, Stevie... it'll be fabulous.

I'm not very impressed by it either, even if I love the cover and the photo with Stevie in the darkness looking at Waddy.

I bought one of those ass shirts, but more for a joke than anything. Just like Curtis' favorite Lucky Charms shirt that I plan on getting.

I'm applying for the "Massage Therapist" position for the next tour.

I love how they had to label "Stevie Nicks" under her picture because if they hadn't no one would have had any idea who that blond singing on stage is.

*Chris did you get my CD?
Hey,
I didn't get the CD yet. Check your email though, because I just sent you a message!

It wasn't a joke at first. Then it became one. Now it's a part of Ledgie Legacy.

Here's a collage of just a few of the 40 pages (!!) of Janet Jackson's 93/94 tourbook. I don't even like Janet Jackson, but I bought it for 2 bucks at a used bookstore because I thought it was a really cool program. I would love it if something like this were available for Stevie.

Allow me to voice my dissenting opinion here, folks, but I think this tourbook is fantastic.

I don't have a tourbook in hand -- I'm going only by Christopher's scans. But what I see is beautiful. I love the shots of Stevie, the framing, the compositions, the juxtapositions (the Stevie & Waddy page is very moving), & the messages from Stevie. (The folks over at Criterion are probably wondering why sales for "Beauty" have shot up in recent weeks.)

I would say that this is just about my favorite tourbook since the 1980 tourbook. I would like to order one of these or have someone here pick one up for me.
