Hey Gerald, how does one skin a polarbear? I could use some tips... what kind of knives, and so on.

It's Lindsey's fault for balancing between the mainstream and the quirks in the first place. I'm just following his lead.

Bring it on, Beth.

Unless a miracle occurs, Mary Lee Jones is out this round.

Ah... but you DO call it a fault, mm???

That leaves us, the real fans, to determine which song is the best and should win this game.
And it can't be a song that to your own admission doesn't belong there anyway.
Because it's mainstream, instead of a Lindsey quirky idiosyncratic original.

It's the end of a busy day so my post probably makes even less sense than usual, sorry. But I tried.

Trouble, SOTW in the last 4 and now gunning for Bwana? Do you guys understand the man's art AT ALL?????????
Oh I cannot BELIEVE you voted for Trouble and spilt the vote. You have no sense of strategy. No wonder Mary Lee Jones is getting beaten. We had a chance, dude! Disgusting.

But I am not giving up yet.

Oh sheesh. Are we still on Round 8? I don't know a thing about this game, honestly. I just look at the previous posters and figure I choose from the list of songs one song I don't like. Now I'm at a very confused state.

Default Round 8: Bwana

I realize this will probably upset someone. I'm a very nice person so don't hold it against me.

What may seem "mainstream" NOW was "quirky" in 1981. Even Lindsey's so-called "mainstream" stuff remains "quirky" in some way. Look at OotC...the album was chock full of what we'd consider "mainstream", but the general public considered "quirky"...go figure.

Actually, I think that Tusk should've been a single album and Law & Order should've been a double album with the songs that didn't make Tusk as part of the second album. ("Not That Funny", "The Ledge", "That's Enough For Me", "That's All For Everyone", "Walk A Thin Line")

I love Shadow of the West, I don't love Trouble. Sue me, dear.

Out of Shadow of the West, Bwana, and Mary Lee Jones, I don't care which one wins because I love them all. But I do know that Trouble MUST GO.
