I just read this in an article. I know Sandra has a thing for Stevie, so maybe that's it. Has anybody heard or seen this bit.

"When she was here a handful of years ago for a run at the Music Hall with her Broadway show "I'm Still Here Damn It," Sandra Bernhard, a Flint native who turned 50 earlier this month, took on a wide variety of gay icons from Elton John to Liza Minnelli to supermodels and how they were responding to the death of Gianni Versace. (In the unlikely event there are any Fleetwood Mac fans out there reading, she also assassinated Christine McVie in a naughty bit of comedic brilliance.)"

I'm a big fan and I've seen her live quite a few times, she sang Songbird once and at one of the I'm Still Here, Dammit! shows I saw, she did a medley of various female rocker songs that included a few lines from Over My Head.

I must say, though, that she was at her finest when she told stories of her affair with Stevie amongst afghans and frilly pillows.

I have a few bootlegs from over the years, I'll check to see if there's any Chris or Stevie mentions on them.

OMG!!! I just read that and thought someone killed Christine!!! Oh my God- my heart almost stopped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is really scary. You know it kind of makes you think, if one of the FM members actually died, it would be like a family member dying. I would be in mourning.

What I always thought was ironic is that Sandra Bernhard was on "Roseanne" with Bonnie Sheridan, aka Bonnie Bramlett.

I dont know if I'm the only gay guy that feels this wasy, but I find Sandra Bernhard completely unfunny and annoying. But hey, that's just me I guess.

She's an acquired taste, but I adore her. I have since I was, like, 12 when I went to the movies and saw her in...Hudson Hawk.

Wow! the same thing almost happened to me while I was standing next to that golden braid girl on here at the Oakland arena SYW show in 2003.Luckily I'm tall so most of the time the shawl just bounced off my shoulder.

She was great in King of Comedy...one of my favorite flicks.

She was FANTASTIC in that one.

I thought she stole the show and that was a pretty impressive feat with DeNiro being as good as he was in that movie.

Eek, don't remind me. I was a huuuuuuuuge Bruce Willis fan in the eighties. Moonlighting (which I still love) and his atrocious "music" (which I no longer love). I thought he was just the coolest thing since He-Man.

Now I can't stand him, but I do love the Die Hard movies. What guilty pleasures.

That's a good point. BUt I didnt find him to be terribly acctrative. being about 16 then, I was more into guys like Kirk Cameron. Now there was a hottie....
