What I said was, she wasn't talking ONLY about Waddy. Therefore, I don't think Stevie and Waddy were lovers just because of what is written in that passage. That is what I said. Case closed.

Didn't she work on a song a song with a recording engineer around the Tusk LP? Hernan Rojas I think was his name.

I pretty much scoured the net and there's no mention anywhere of Stevie buying a house in Malibu. I'm not saying she didn't, but it's not available on the net.

Stevie has given songwriter credit on occasion to people who have influenced her writing of a song-- for example Hernan Rojas, my assistant engineer, and for a while, Stevie's lover, during Tusk. By the way, he'll be here next week visiting.

It's one thing to have "thoughts" on her relationships based on her songs and things she says publicly, but it's a totally different thing for some people to act as if they're "in the know" about her relationships. I'm not saying that has happened in this thread, but it has in the past and I find it silly because no one does know much of anything in the end.

Someone brought up The King of Comedy last night and there are some out there in the Stevie fan community who totally embody Sandra Bernhard's character from that film.

Well, that is a double edged sword - many people here know way more than they post. I, for one, have seen things I will never tell and have never told. People know what they observe from afar and what is told to them second hand.

I mean, I remember how ridiculous things got over a stupid sighting of Lindsey's new baby. What an inane thing to argue over and I don't blame people for keeping stuff to themselves. But on the same token, when you boil it all down, no one knows much of anything, though I'm sure there are some crazies out who would claim that Taku or someone else behind the scenes spilled the beans about all kinds of things to them.
